Warranty and Return Policy Limited Warranty

We warrant that the materials used in the manufacture of our jewelry accurately correspond to the
description provided for each individual item listed on our website. For example, jewelry described
as 18K gold is genuine 18-karat gold, and jewelry described as Sterling Silver 925 is genuine .925
sterling silver. Emeralds represented as Colombian emeralds are natural gemstones of Colombian
origin. Any diamonds or other precious gemstones incorporated into the jewelry are natural
gemstones unless expressly stated otherwise in the product description. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, impacts, cracked or fractured
gemstones, environmental damage, misuse, neglect, or third-party modifications. Return Policy
A return or exchange may be requested only if the item received materially differs from the
description provided on our website. Customers must submit any return request within seven (7)
calendar days of confirmed delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance.
Returned items will be inspected by an independent gemologist. Approved refunds will be
processed within eight (8) business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Our jewelry is handcrafted by skilled artisan jewelers. Minor variations inherent to traditional
handcrafted production methods are considered part of the unique character of each piece and
shall not be regarded as manufacturing defects.

originating from some of the world’s most renowned emerald mines, including Muzo, Chivor, and
Coscuez, located in the Andes Mountains of Boyacá, Colombia. We import and export our

Gemologically Accepted Treatments

Natural emeralds commonly contain internal fissures and inclusions. To enhance their appearance
and clarity, some emeralds may undergo traditional treatments using natural cedarwood oil or
specialized transparent resins. These treatments are widely accepted within the gemological
industry and are considered standard practice for emeralds. Some exceptional emeralds possess
extraordinary natural clarity and beauty and therefore require no clarity enhancement or treatment
of any kind. Such untreated emeralds are extremely rare and often command significantly higher
market values.

What Is the ‘Garden’ of an Emerald?

Emeralds are natural gemstones and commonly contain inclusions, fissures, and growth
characteristics formed during their natural geological development. These internal features are
often referred to as the emerald’s “garden” (“jardin”), a term widely used in the gem trade. Rather
than being considered defects, these natural characteristics help distinguish genuine emeralds from
synthetic or imitation stones and contribute to each gemstone’s unique identity.

To preserve the beauty and longevity of your jewelry and emeralds, avoid swimming pools,
showers, beaches, harsh chemicals, prolonged direct sunlight, excessive heat, and extreme
temperature changes. Store jewelry in a dry location at room temperature and away from direct
sunlight. Emerald jewelry should be cleaned only by a qualified professional jeweler familiar with

Shipping and Production Times

In-stock jewelry items are typically shipped within 48 business hours after purchase. Custom-made
and personalized orders are handcrafted by our skilled artisan jewelers and require additional
